files in their own systems, free of charge: as long as they follow this licence.
2. Core Rights and Ownership
The name

is a trademark of aifilmcompany.comOnly files that meet the official
.dave
specification and pass our certification process may use the.dave
name.The
.dave
specification may be freely implemented, but the brand and certification mark remain under our control.
3. Royalty and Clearinghouse Rules
Every
.dave
file can carry embedded payment routing data — including royalty splits, wallet addresses, and bank IDs.To trigger payments,

files must connect to the official.dave
Clearinghouse operated by aifilmcompany.com LTD.Platforms, studios, and AI systems can report usage:
Directly via our reporting portal.
Automatically via our API.
The Clearinghouse charges:
A small per-transaction fee on royalty payments.
Subscription or API fees for bulk processing.
4. What You Can Do
