We design AI-native Intellectual Property (IP), packaging every asset as structured, machine-readable data. We currently operate three distinct business units, the first focusses on developing and producing original IP data, the second focusses on structuring cataloged IP data for AI training, the third develops and maintains the .dave standard and clearinghouse.

Our proprietary .Dave code and side car file format records human and machine authorship, components, and performance data across an IP’s lifecycle, ensuring provable, ethical usage.
We are already delivering AI-native IP titles and shows to innovative platforms and networks and we are actively working with creators and producers to secure and scale human authored IP.

Leadership
Founded by Asa Bailey, filmmaker and Solution Architect, the former Studio Virtual Production Supervisor at Netflix, Bailey brings over 25 years experience in directing both code and media production to our next-generation entertainment studio.
